Parking Permits

In Fall 2012, LMU implemented a paid parking system on campus. Anticipating the possibility of increased parking in the community, LMU's Master Plan requires the University to support a preferential parking district in Westchester, if the community wants it. Reimbursement payments will only be processed for permits purchased in the current year that the permit is valid. The university will make reimbursements for the remainder of the Master Plan, up to $24,000 annually. Please note that during the pandemic you should scan and email a copy of your reimbursement form to community@lmu.edu.

For more information about purchasing a parking permit, please visit the LADOT website.

Landlord Resource Guide

The Landlord Resource Guide provides recommended guidelines for renting to college students, laws pertaining to noise, the University's Community Relations policy, FAQs, and important contact information.

COVID-19

LMU continues to monitor the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and is working diligently to safeguard the safety and well-being of our community. Please visit LMU’s Reopening Website (AccessibleEn Español) for the latest information.

LMU’s undergraduate courses will be principally and primarily conducted remotely; for many students, courses will be offered exclusively online. Students have been instructed to stay home for the fall semester but we realize that some of them have chosen to live in the Westchester neighborhood. Below are suggested resources for landlords and tenants that may be of assistance to help navigate these unprecedented times.
